Our warranty programs are designed to protect our customers and ensure fair, consistent support in the event of a defective battery.

New Battery Warranties

Automotive Batteries
• 1-year free replacement
• Optional extended 2-year coverage available for $25

Commercial Batteries
• 12-month warranty

Marine Batteries
• 1-year warranty

Sports / Power / Motorcycle Batteries
• 1-year warranty

Industrial & Specialty Batteries
• Up to 5-year warranty depending on manufacturer specifications

Reconditioned Battery Warranty

Reconditioned batteries include:

• 6-month warranty
• Thorough multi-stage testing prior to sale
• Longer coverage than many competitors (30–90 days is common elsewhere)

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your battery may be defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Call us first: (407) 281-1810
    – This allows our team to help determine whether the issue may be related to charging, alternator output, or vehicle electrical problems.

  2. Bring the battery to our Orlando location
    – Include your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

  3. We perform a free in-store diagnostic test
    – Load testing
    – Voltage/CCA verification
    – Charging system check (if applicable)

  4. If the battery is confirmed defective under the warranty,
    – We will replace it with an equivalent model at no charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Physical damage or broken terminals
• Overcharging or undercharging
• Neglect, sulfation, or deep discharge damage
• Use in incorrect applications or equipment
• Tampering or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear after the warranty period
