Because batteries are chemical and electrical products that cannot be safely resold once installed or used, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any battery purchase. Although sales are final, customers are fully protected by our Warranty Policy.

This includes:

• Reconditioned batteries
• Automotive and commercial batteries
• AGM, deep-cycle, industrial, marine, and power-sport batteries


Defective Products (Handled Under Warranty, Not Returns)

If a battery appears defective:

  1. Call us at (407) 281-1810

  2. Bring the battery and proof of purchase

  3. We perform free diagnostic testing

  4. If the battery is confirmed defective, we replace it under warranty at no cost

Because of this, we offer warranty replacements when applicable—but not financial refunds.
