Because batteries are chemical and electrical products that cannot be safely resold once installed or used, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any battery purchase. Although sales are final, customers are fully protected by our Warranty Policy.

• AGM, deep-cycle, industrial, marine, and power-sport batteries
Defective Products (Handled Under Warranty, Not Returns)

Bring the battery and proof of purchase
We perform free diagnostic testing
If the battery is confirmed defective, we replace it under warranty at no cost
